We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was right by the main train station and easily accessible from the highway. It was also close to historical sights and offered convenient transportation options. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, with our room being cleaned daily. Fresh towels were provided without us needing to ask for assistance. Wi-Fi was free and reliable. Although we didn't try the breakfast, it was available for an additional charge.

The staff at Trip Inn Hotel Minerva Frankfurt were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. When I had an issue with the shower not working, they immediately attended to it and provided me with another room. I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to accommodate my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Frankfurt. The prices were significantly lower than other similar hotels in the area, making it great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the city. The location, right by the central station and bus stop, was very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and I particularly appreciated the good air conditioning and the fact that breakfast was included in the rate booked. Speaking of breakfast, the scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious!
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
